These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") along with our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") form a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and us (jeetoludo.com). Please read these Terms and Privacy Policy carefully and let us know if you have any questions. We will do our best to answer your queries.

A. Users' Approval

1. Users approve of and accept this Agreement by:
   • Reading all terms and conditions.
   • Reading all rules of this app.
2. Users may accept this Agreement only if:
   • You are a natural person, at least 18 years old, and have the mental capacity to form a binding contract with us.
   • You are not a resident of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Orissa, Sikkim, or Nagaland.
   • You are a juristic person, lawfully existing, and have all necessary authorizations to enter into this Agreement.
   • You are not legally barred or restricted from using the app.
3. If you do not understand, approve, or accept all the terms specified in this Agreement, we ask that you do not use the app. Please read these Terms and Privacy Policy carefully before accepting and agreeing to be bound by them.
4. This Agreement governs your relationship with us, but we may also execute separate written agreements. In case of a conflict, the terms of the separate written agreement shall prevail.

B. Provision of the App

1. Under Section 12 of the Public Gambling Act, 1867, games of mere skill are exempt from the Act. Courts in India have determined that a game of skill is one where success depends mainly on the player’s skill, not chance. No penalty can be imposed for playing such games.
2. The ‘Ludo’ game on our platform is classified as a Game of Skill under Indian law. We do not support or offer games of chance for money. Games of Skill are those where a player’s effort and skill significantly impact the outcome.
3. In accordance with the law, individuals residing in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, or outside India are prohibited from participating in the games. Access is banned for users from these states.
4. The game rules are clearly defined on this platform. Users are encouraged to read, understand, and follow these rules to be successful.
5. The games on our platform are Games of Skill, where the outcome depends directly on the user’s effort, performance, and skill.
6. Games may include elements of chance, but these are challenges or obstacles that users can overcome using their skills and knowledge. Elements of luck add thrill but do not dictate the game's outcome.
7. Users' performance may improve with time and practice as the games are skill-based.
8. Certain games may have pre-determined outcomes (e.g., Ludo), achievable through users' skills.

C. Game Rules

1. Record every game. If you suspect cheating, contact support with the recording.
2. If the game has not started or you haven't made a move, show the recording to support. The game will only be canceled with proof.
3. Without proof of cheating or errors, you will be considered to have lost.
4. If no pawn is moved or no pawn is open at home, the game will be canceled.
5. If an opponent leaves the match intentionally and cannot provide valid proof, you will be awarded the win.

D. Deposit/Withdrawal

1. Deposit your balance in the Buy Chips section.
   • If suspicious activity is detected, we have the right to block your account temporarily. Contact Admins to unblock it.
2. Withdraw funds by setting a Sell Request in the app.
3. Deposit and withdrawal requests are processed by support at any time.
4. Incorrect payment details will not be refunded.
5. Once a withdrawal is completed, no queries can be raised.
6. Pending withdrawal requests will take 1-5 days to process.

E. Penalty for Wrong Updates

1. Penalties for incorrect match updates are:
   • Games below ₹1000: 10% penalty.
   • Games above ₹1000 and below ₹5000: ₹50 penalty.
   • Games above ₹5000 and below ₹15000: ₹100 penalty.
2. Failure to update the result after losing will incur a penalty of ₹25.
3. Each player is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban and penalty.

Term

Jeeto Ludo may retain the Information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as needed to provide the Services, even after you have discontinued or deleted any account, or after the end of the provision of the Services, if retention of such Information is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes between users, prevent fraud, or any other use.
